• Paid subscriptions unlock extended usage, premium tools, and priority access.
• Subscription plans may vary and are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

• Ibotix AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive or unauthorized use of the platform.
• Access may also be restricted to maintain platform security and integrity.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

All platform technologies, AI models, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Ibotix AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

Ibotix AI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content or service interruptions.
